At the beginning of the year, we organized this outreach to give Free Medical talks and Free Medical check-ups to the people in Gashish Town of Barkin Ladi LGA Plateau State, and we were able to reach five (5) villages there namely; Kuzen, Kura Berom, Tissan, Dorrong, and Dusin. Likewise, we had support from seven (7) medical personnel who volunteered to conduct the check-ups. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathing soaps, mosquito repellents, a full box of clothes, and 4 big bags of clothes were donated. A total of 220 people were impacted, that is men, women, and children with 192 registered and 28 unregistered.
Gashish Village of Barkin Ladi LGA Plateau State is one of the towns that have a few IDP camps, and the various places visited in that community were the camps.
