On the 8th of March 2021, Naza Agape foundation reached out to the girls of Government Secondary School Hei Rayfield in Plateau state Nigeria.
An interactive session ensued between the students and the volunteer’s, the ladies were extensively thought on the importance of the international women’s day, advocating for #genderequality, girl-child awareness, the importance of being a woman amongst other’s.
The boys were not left out as they extensively discussed on the trending menace in the society: drug abuse cultism amongst other’s, the need to choose friends to avoid peer pressure was extensively discussed.
We reached out to students from JSS1 to SS3 (male and female). A Total of 700 people were impacted.
In response to the woman’s international day celebration they where also taught on the importance of a woman.
