The major goal of this project was to foot 100 children back to school and it was successfully carried out on the 23rd of September 2022. Children in the foundation and some students at COCIN Secondary School Rankyeng Gyel were measured for shoes earlier in the month of August by the owner of SD Shoes and two of his employees.
We visited the school after the shoes were ready and we were able to provide 66 children with new pairs of shoes, and for the children at the foundation, we provided 20 new pairs. Altogether we impacted 82 children with school shoes and we are yet to achieve the goal of 100 and more.
This project still stands to be carried out at the beginning of 2023.
