In partnership with Letter To A Lady Initiative, we carried out a Pad Drive.
What is the Pad Drive?
This is a project aimed at distributing sanitary pads to girls in rural communities and teaching them about maintaining good hygiene.
We visited Victoria Salem International Academy and impacted the lives of 100 girls by distributing Sanitary Pads, talking to them about personal and menstrual hygiene, and the Kotex Pantyliners. We had a session where we demonstrated how the pantyliners were used and answered a few questions from the girls about their health and hygiene problems.
Another session of talk was held to educate the girls on building self-confidence.
It was a wonderful and fun-filled interactive time with the girls.
