Our Jos Branch hosted its volunteers for the last physical event of the year on the 28th of December, the annually held Christmas/end-of-year party which was hosted at the residence of one of its esteemed volunteers. The event featured games, dancing, and networking as the volunteers met and greeted each other. We also used that medium to present appointment letters and ID Cards to our new part-time volunteer staff.
Our Lagos Branch also had their volunteers get together after their visit to the orphanage on the 24th of December where volunteers talked about their experience joining the foundation. They had varieties of refreshments and appetizers as well as played games to keep things entertaining. A Medal of honor was presented to all volunteers in attendance to show appreciation for their impact on our humanitarian service. The outstanding volunteer of the year award was presented to the Project Coordinator in the person of Temitope Balogun for her tremendous service for the year 2022.
