The Africa Code Week 2019 project was a huge success
Naza Agape founded partnered with UNESCO and SAP to train 1000 girls across Abuja and Nassarawa in HTML, Java Script, basis of coding.
HERE ARE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SCHOOLS WE VISITED
1.In the first school we visited
*(Wisdom field Model academy)*, we trained 26 girls and 21 teachers
2.In the second school we visited *(Govt Sec Sch Barkin-Ado)*, we trained 305 girls and 30 teachers
3.In the third school we visited *(Govt Science Sec Sch New Karu)*, we trained 379 girls and 17 teachers
4.In the fourth school we visited *(Aunty Alice Schools)*, we trained 216 girls and 19 teachers
5.In the fifth school we visited *(Anglican Comprehensive Secondary School Kpeyegyi)*, we trained 113 girls and 15 teachers
We also trained 9 facilitators
In all we have 1046 girls and 119 individuals. And our initial target was 1000 girls for the Train-the-girls and 125 individuals for the Train-the-trainer sessions.
